Glia, a New York-based provider of customer interaction technology, has announced the launch of Glia Call Center built specifically for insurance companies, designed to allow customer service representatives (CSRs) and managers to conduct their jobs with more efficiency, ease and confidence than ever before, according to a Glia statement.
