Sompo Japan Insurance Inc. (Tokyo) has selected EIS’s (San Francisco) advanced AI fraud detection solution, ClaimGuard, to strengthen the carrier’s efforts to prevent fraudulent claims in automobile insurance. ClaimGuard will support a new fraud-focused department, which will be launched in April this year, according to a joint announcement.
