In 2001, Angela entered the insurance industry while working for a key claims estimating software company in a technical support role. She quickly advanced within the company and was recruited as an Account Manager. In 2011, Angela was hired by an independent IA firm to manage their Training department where she trained adjusters and examiners on the Xactimate, Symbility, and IntegriClaim estimating platforms.
She joined E-Claim in 2013 in the role of Training Manager overseeing the development of our training programs pivotal to the education of both our internal and external users on all aspects of our product offerings. Angela is also a technical writer here at E-Claim creating a majority of the product-related documentation utilized by our client base as they navigate the system.
