Hiep is an accomplished hands-on software developer, architect, database administrator, and Windows/cloud system administrator with over 19 years of experience managing, designing, developing, delivering, testing, and supporting reliable, complex, and scalable application systems. He has led projects from vision to successful delivery using various software design patterns and development methodologies to meet stakeholders’ requirements, expectations, and goals.
Hiep served as Director of Programming for an educational software company for over 10 years before joining E-Claim. He is currently focusing on leveraging advanced technologies using agile processes to deliver more value to the client.
